Keynote talk: Dynamic Reteaming
Traditional wisdom might tell us to build our org with stable teams – you know, forming, storming, norming, performing. While that might be what we want, for many of us is that this is more of a dream than reality. The fact is, people are going to join our teams, and people are going to leave our teams. The great resignation is here and people are switching companies at a higher cadence than before. We need to continuously adapt to challenges and surprises. So as leaders, we need to lean into the changes instead of planning for unrealistic stability. I will share practical tactics and advice in this arena that I call dynamic reteaming.
