Panel discussion: Judo for resilient organizations
After 20 years of intensive search for a single ideal organizational structure, it’s safe to say that this holy grail doesn’t exist. Even the most famous models (like the “Spotify model”) don’t work well in all organizations. Forcing such a model in an organization that simply isn’t compatible can prove detrimental. Instead of installing canned organizational structures that other organizations promote, we should be looking for practices and behaviors that work well for us and make our organizations more resilient to the uncertainty and volatility that every business faces today. In this panel, my guests will share their organizational Judo skills – how they turn blows inflicted by the market into an advantage that propels their organizations.
