Davor Čengija

Davor Čengija is an agile coach and enterprise architect with 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Working as a programmer, system architect and project manager – he went through all stages of the development process. He was on the front line with customers many times, as well as participated in the sales and business development processes. Currently, his work can best be described by the words: agile coach and evangelist.

He is a mechanical engineer by profession, so he has always tended to apply agile principles in non-developmental environments such as business architecture, marketing, sales and/or HR, enabling people to adopt a more creative, fun and interesting way of working.

He has developed and taught several successful courses on software development quality, system architecture, organizational architecture, and a lean and agile approach to work.
