Gabriele Pace

Gabriele Pace is an experienced manager in the area of banking and ICT with over 30 years of experience in top managerial positions in Intesa Sanpaolo Group. The combination of his ICT educational background, extensive experience in the financial area and complex C-level roles he has covered are key assets in his current role as President of the Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services – an ISP Group company focused on banking digitalization, IT convergence and technological innovation. In this role, which he has taken at the very beginning of 2021, in this strategic company of the Group, he is managing the fast development across multiple Branches in four different countries, ensuring the successful deployment of the Company’s business goals.

Prior to this role, he was deputy CEO in two key banks of the International Subsidiary Banks Division of ISP – Croatia and Serbia, driving the local success of the Group, managing dedicated areas (COO area, CFO area) and overseeing strategic projects in the Division. His passion for technology, innovation agile approach, and process optimization is also paired with his ongoing focus on business sustainability, growth and striving to achieve impactful results.
